Baskin-Robbins Canada opens third shop in Hamilton, Ontario, located at 1356 South Service Road in Stoney Creek
STONEY CREEK, Ont., June 11, 2021 – Baskin-Robbins opens today its newest shop, located in Stoney Creek, in Hamilton, Ontario. Owned and operated by Vivek Patel, a Baskin-Robbins franchisee since 2017, the new location is the brand’s third in Hamilton and 105th countrywide.
Franchisee, Vivek Patel, ready to welcome customers to his new franchise in Stoney Creek.
“We’re growing in terms of guests, team members and also in treats and smiles delivered,” says Natalie Joseph, spokesperson for Baskin-Robbins in Canada. ““We’re delighted to see Vivek’s hard work pay off and the extent to which guests in the region have entrusted us for their treats during the past few years.”
Patel fell in love with ice cream later in life when his uncle, who owns and operates locations in the U.S., introduced him to the business.
“There’s nothing quite like owning a Baskin-Robbins shop,” says Patel. “Our guests don’t just casually stop by. They make their call or visit to our store a key part of their day. It represents the day’s crowning moment and a memory they will cherish. It’s an honour to help spread a little happiness to our guests.”
Located at 1356 South Service Road, Stoney Creek, the new shop features the brand’s complete menu including classic and seasonal ice cream flavours, sundaes, milkshakes, polar pizzas, prepared and signature customizable cakes and, since last week, the brand’s first edible SLIME.
“With Baskin-Robbins I can offer my guests quality ice creams, cakes and treats,” says Patel. “But even more than that, I can offer them something new and exciting each month. It’s impossible to get bored with that.”
The vast majority of Baskin-Robbins shops across Canada remain open, increasingly with delivery options. For information, generally, or on your local shop, visit baskinrobbins.ca or follow the brand on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest.
