What is Club 31?
The Baskin-Robbins Club 31 is a free program. By joining Club 31, on your birthday you will receive coupons for a Buy One, Get One (2.5 oz. cone or 3 oz. soft serve cone) FREE and $3 off any ice cream cake (minimum purchase $25) at Baskin-Robbins. You may also opt-in to receive special offers and promotions throughout the year.
Is it just for kids?
No, Club 31 is for everyone who loves ice cream!
How do I sign up?
Joining Club 31 is FREE and EASY—it only takes about 2 minutes! Sign up now. (If you are 12 or younger, you will need your parent’s permission to sign up.)
How can I sign up children and other family members to my Club 31 account?
There can only be one primary person (someone over the age of 13) on each Club 31 account. If you would like to sign up additional Family members under the same account – please include additional family member(s) information as requested.
Is there another way to sign up besides online?
No. Signing up online is the only way to become a member.
How will I get my coupons?
Five days before your birthday we will send you an email with your ice cream and cake coupons. Baskin-Robbins does not send out coupons via postal mail.
I don’t have a printer. How can I print my coupons?
You can try your public library. Most public libraries have computers with free internet access and printers.
Can I redeem my coupons at any Baskin-Robbins?
Yes, Club 31 members’ coupons are redeemable at all Baskin-Robbins stores.
My birthday is today and I would like to sign up for the Club 31 to receive my coupons. Will I still get the coupon if I sign up today?
Yes, you can sign up for Club 31 until the day of your birthday and still receive your coupon in time. Keep close watch in your email inbox for your coupon.
Can I delete my account after I have signed up?
Yes. Visit the Club 31 sign-up form page and click “unsubscribe.”
What is your privacy policy?
Baskin-Robbins takes your privacy and the privacy of children very seriously. Rest assured we will never rent or sell your email address or information. Read our complete privacy policy.
What kind of information are you collecting about my child and why?
When a parent registers a child for the Club 31, we request the child’s name, date of birth and parent’s e-mail address. We collect this information in order to verify the child’s age, send personalized Club 31 e-cards, and provide other Club 31 benefits (such as sweepstakes, newsletters, e-cards and special offers). After signing up, parents may unsubscribe any of their family members at anytime.
Why does Baskin-Robbins require parental consent for children under 12?
Baskin-Robbins recognizes the need to provide additional privacy protection to children. Children 12 years old and younger may visit BaskinRobbins.ca without disclosing any personally identifiable information. However, it is sometimes necessary to collect some personally identifiable information about children in order to allow them to use a feature of our site (like joining the Baskin-Robbins Club 31). In addition, all sites that are targeted to children 12 and younger are prohibited by law from collecting more information than they need.

Bring your Baskin-Robbins receipt with the validation code filled in to the Baskin-Robbins location listed at the top of the receipt. Limit one receipt per customer per visit. Receipt, including the survey validation code must be presented at time of order. Shop must retain receipt. Good for $1 off your next purchase of $4 or more (before applicable tax). No substitution.
