TORONTO, May 1, 2019 – Chocolate lovers rejoice, as Baskin-Robbins Canada introduces its newest treat – Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cheescake – as the May Flavour of the Month.

Joining the brand’s roster of 31 flavours and more, for a limited time only, Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cheesecake is enjoyed as a chocolate cheesecake flavoured ice cream with chocolate chip cheesecake pieces and topped off with a chocolate cookie crumb ribbon. The flavour can then be elevated even more with the addition of chopped roasted almonds or paired it with traditional chocolate, caramel, or strawberry toppings.

“Talk about yum,” says Baskin-Robbins representative, Natalie Joseph. “Chocolate and cheesecake so happen to be popular comfort foods among guests, so we thought why not combine two popular flavours with one another to create the ultimate comfort food – and top it off with even more chocolaty  goodness with the addition of chocolate chips.”

Also being introduced by the brand, and just in time for Mother’s Day, guests can enjoy one of two Mother’s Day-inspired treats to celebrate the mother figures in their lives including – the Amazing Mom Cake and Pink Floral Stripe Cake.

Both cakes can be made customizable with mom’s favourite ice cream flavours on either a white or chocolate cake or make it all ice cream as well.
