TORONTO, ONT. April 8, 2020 – Baskin-Robbins Canada has published a list of stores that have temporarily closed or reduced their hours as part of the brand’s efforts at containing the spread of Covid-19.

“In these challenging times, we reiterate our commitment to ensuring the health and safety of our guests, franchise partners, employees and the communities we serve,” says Natalie Joseph, representative for Baskin-Robbins in Canada. “As a franchise-based brand, we have given our franchise partners the flexibility to provide relief to their employees and allow extra time for deep cleaning and, when needed, temporarily close their locations. We’re working closely with them through these challenging times.”

In addition to reinforcing health and hygiene procedures, Baskin-Robbins Canada has also temporarily suspended its Pink Spoon sampling program, closed in-shop dine-in and reduced its service offering to takeout, curbside, and delivery — where available. Many customers who live near a Baskin-Robbins location can now order all 31 of the brand’s flavours through delivery – available at participating locations, via UberEats and SkipTheDishes.
